Terms: The first party to manufacture and sell “You Dirty Boy”, provided appropriate payment is made to the second party, who will provide Letters Patent for $48 and moulds. Other conditions laid out. Agreement valid from April 1879. Witnessed by Robert Chelvain [?]. Signed by Hall Nicoll and Granbery. 4 March 1879.
