Partition of property at Snitterfield, being a conveyance from Nathaniel 2Jackson of Wellesborne Hastings, gentleman, William Bateman of White Ladies Aston, co. Worcs., yeoman, and Caleb Perkes of Snitterfield, yeoman, to Samuel Ayleworth, of Wellesborne Mountford, gentleman and John Wakers of Snitterfield, yeoman, of a messuage, two cottages and 1½ yardlands in Snitterfield (late the estate of William Webbe, yeoman, deceased, and which is now held jointly by the said Nathaniel Jackson, William Bateman and Caleb Perkes by purchase or descent) to hold to the following uses: as to the two cottages, six lands, half a yardland in the tenure of Thomas Bracy, husbandman, and 19 leyes in the Bushes, to the use of the said Nathaniel Jackson; as to certain rooms and outbuildings (specified) in the said messuage and diverse lands (described) to the use of William Bateman; and as to the remaining rooms in the house and diverse remaining lands (also specified), to the use of Caleb Perkes.
