(1) The Surveye of North Week in the Mannor of Chew and Parish of Dundry.
(2) A Surveye of the Chamber Land at and about Knowle Hill in the Mannor of Chew being the lands given by Alderman Iohn Whitson deceased to certain Feoffees in trust for charitable uses. By the Right Worshipfull the Mayor Lyonell Lyde Esq & Aldermans their commands this mapp has been surveyed in the year MDCCXXXVI in the Month of May by I.I.de Wilstar Architectus
20 ins. to 1m. (1) O.S. 12 NW
(2) O.S. 12 SW. SE; 19 NW, NE
31-a. in all: Yew Tree Farm at North Wick in the N. of the parish; and an area to the S. of Knowle Hill as far as the Sutton Court Estate, with scattered parcels located in an explanatory inset note by distance and direction from Knowle Hill. Table of reference gives field names, state of cultivation, acreages, names of tenants and occupiers, and individual plots have associated reference and numbers. Adjacent landholders named and their houses marked.
