Lease whereby John Cash (of Coventry, gent.) lets to Charles Bray (of Coventry, gent.) the St. Nicholas St. house which the latter occupies from 24th. June[, 1860] for 21 years at £40 p.a. rent half-yearly paid with twice-yearly power of inspection and three calendar months' notice for repair; Charles Bray will use the premises only as a private house and must gain permission to sublet them; John Cash may re-enter the messuage if the rent shall fall 21 days in arrears or if this deed's covenants be breached; C. Bray will give J. Cash six calendar months' notice of an intention to withdraw from the lease after seven or fourteen years; with reference to two arbitrators or if necessary their umpire, the rent will be proportionately reduced if the premises suffer fire.
