Recital lease and release of 16 & 17 May 1780 (see above)
Recital of deed poll of 19 April 1816 by Edward Edwards jnr. reciting the settlement of 1780 and that there was issue of the marriage 5 children:- Edward (only son), Catherine wife of Thomas Evans, Elizabeth wife of William Shuker, Mary wife of Thomas Plimley and Sarah their youngest daughter
Edward Edwards jnr. wishes to apportion the £500 between the daughters and had given Elizabeth and Mary £1,000 each on their marriages to be in lieu of their share in the £500. He intended to provide for Catherine other than by the share in £500. He directed that after his death £500 should be raised and £10 paid to Catherine Evans, £10 to Eliz. Shuker, £10 to Mary Plimley and £470 to Sarah.

Edward Edwards the testator died on 25 April 1816 and his will was proved at St Asaph on 28 May 1817 by his son, the trustees not having acted in any of the trusts re the £500. Sarah died on 31 Dec. 1826 unmarried, intestate leaving her brother Edward and 3 sisters. Edward died unmarried intestate on the day his sister died, a few hours after her death, leaving 3 sisters. They and their husbands have agreed to join in a common recovery of the premises in the settlement of 17 May 1780. So to extinguish the estates tail they grant to Wm Hy Rosser the capital messuage - Llwynygo in Upper and Lower Maesbrook (heretofore Robert Poole, now or late Richard Evans); the messuage and lands in Upper Maesbrook (heretofore William Payne, now or late of David Humphreys); the messuage or dwelling house with about 2 acres of land in Upper Maesbrook (heretofore Morris Thomas, now or late of Richard Evans and John Aspley) all heretofore bought by Edward Edwards decd, grandfather of Eliz., Cath. and Mary from John Mytton, Esq.
The messuage and lands in Upper Maesbrook (heretofore Peter Davies, now or late William Shuker, Thomas Evans and Thomas Plimley) heretofore bought by Edward Edwards from the Rev. Samuel Mytton, Clerk, and others; those allotments of land in the parish of Kinnerley allotted to Edward Edwards decd. by the inclosure commissioners appointed by the Act of 47 George III for enclosing lands in the Manor of Knock, Nos 36, 37, 112, 82, 71, 81, 68, 84. To Rosser so that he becomes a perfect tenant and John Williams, at the cost of Shuker, etc. is to be demandant, and Shuker, etc. vouchees. in a recovery, to enure to the use of Timotheus Burd, on trust that he divides the property into 3 parts, each part to be written on a roll and put in a box and drawn by the 3 sisters - each part to bea held by the sister and her husband.
