Elevation of County Hall marked I.H.T/ 10 Feb. 1835 adopted.

Plan marked I.H.T. Feb. 10 1835 adopted with exception of substitution of a back entrance in lieu of one of the water closets.

Mr. Burt proposed to build the county hall according to the plan and elevation above and specifications (with addition of extra costs for wainscot for parts of courts "exposed to friction"), for £5,340; unless cost actually less, when county to have benefit of the lesser amount. Money to be paid in six instalments of £800 each and the balance on completion. The building to be completed by the end of 1837.

Resolved to recommend the above to next Q.S. in the event of Bill now before Parliament passing into law.
