Lease from Sir Clement Throckmorton of Hasely knt. to Edward Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton esq. of a grove called Geggrove alias Geggesgrove in Baddesly and the herbage of the same, reserving the timber on the said grove. To hold the same from Lady Day next for ... years for the annual rent of 6d. to be paid on 24 June the feast of St. John the Baptist. The said Edward to maintain the said grove and not allow horses, calves or colts in the same until the said timber had been cut down for the term of three years. The said Sir Clement to have free entry for cutting tynsell and wood for fencing the hedge between the said grove and land called the Home field in the occupation of William Tibbottes.
