Noting that Lazards are selling shares at a comparatively low price but once 2,000,000 shares are sold they should steadily appreciate and that 18/6d is low but shares cannot be offered at a premium at present. The 19/- is not a bad price as the cost of an issue would probably be 1/- a share. April 3 1923
