PARTIES:

1a. Samuel Druce of Ensham, Oxford, farmer

b. Peter Gale of the same place, farmer.

2. Rev. Robert Burr Bourne of Donhead St. Andrew, Wilts, clerk.

3. Robert Surfer of Shaftesbury, Dorset, yeoman.

SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:

Close of arable called Pentecrofts Ground 12a.1r.24p.

Close of pasture called Pentecrofts Mead with the barn and buildings standing thereon 3a. close of meadow called Pentecrofts Mead or Brook Mead 5a.6p.

Close of arable called Pentecrofts 6a.2r.20p. all which occup. William Arnatt and in parish of Ensham Recites that William Faichen in will of 23 Feb. 1867 devised all his real estate to 1. upon trust as to message and pto. ands at Barnard Gate in parish of Ensham (forming no part of these remises) for his wife Hannah Maria Faichen for her life and after her d. as to these remises and as to all other his real estate to sell and recites d. of William aichen on 10 Nov.1867 seized of the premises in this conveyance in consideration of £1,330 paid by 2. to 1. 1. grant the premises to 2. for his life to the use of 3. in trust for 2. then to the use of 2. his heirs and assigns for ever.
