Lease and release, the release being a mortgage by Joseph Cresswell, George Field Dolphin and Samuel Barnacle (all as above) to John Tite of Liveridge Hill in the parish of Beaudesert co. Warwick, farmer, in consideration of £500 paid to G.F. Dolphin by John Tite and of £280 paid to Samuel Barnacle by Joseph Cresswell of their several interests in lands in Studley described in DR 36/141-142 and DR DR 36/147 above.
