The material listed below was deposited by various former church members in 1992 and 1993; some war memorials were donated to Bury Museum at the same time.

Administrative / biographical background

The church was established by former members of Walshaw Lane Wesleyan chapel in 1895, following internal disputes in the congregation, and was wound up in 1968, the building itself collapsing following a storm in 1970.
