Also 1½ ac. of arable land in the Northfield of Hawksbury lying under Pierces hedge, N.W. and adjoining to land of Richd. Styffe, S.E. and the land of the said Robt. Havyland, S.W

Also 1 ac. of arable in the same field at the Hollye Bushe adjoining to land of Wm. Crowe, S.W. and land of Mathew Wymbolde, N.E. And 1 ac. of arable in the Southfield about the middle of the same field adjoining to land of Wm. Clarke, W. and Richd. Hancocke, E

And ½ ac. of arable in the Southfield in Sondaies hill adjoining to land of Richd. Franklyn, S.W. and Nichs. Trotman, N.E

Term 99 years, if the said Unett Bradburye, Alice his wife and Agnes Bradburye their daughter or any or either of them should so long live rent 2d. Seal and tag gone & signature destroyed
