Demise in trust by William Smith of Moreton Hall in the parish of Inkberrow, co. Worcs., at the request of (his mother) Elizabeth Smith, late of Warwick, co. Warwick, but then residing in Guildford Street, co. Middx., widow, to Richard Goodrich of Grays Inn, co. Middx., esq., of a messuage, farm and lands in Studley, the subject of DR 36/95-96 and DR 36/97-98 above and of his, William Smith's, equity of redemption therein for 99 years in trust for the benefit of the said Elizabeth Smith.
