Four inverted vertical compound engines, with 16 inch and 28 inch cylinders, 1 foot 4 inch strokes.

Cross-sections of the engine house - partially coloured copy drawing. This drawing bears a letter code.

For the Royal Albert Dock, London. Pumping engines. The dock is often simply referred to as the Albert Dock.
