He has received Hill's of the 16th, with the account touching Mr. Wycherleys, Mrs. Preshalls and Mr. Mackworth's mortgages. He encloses the receipt from Mrs. Ann Hill about which Hill enquired and which he has found among his papers.
He has almost finished the assignment of Mr. Wycherley's mortgage from Hill to Mr. Griffiths, and had notice from Mr. Jervis that he would tomorrow pay the £1,400 on Mr. Sandford's account. Does Hill wish that sum to be paid over to Mr. Thomas Hill or anybody else, or shall Chambre bring it to Richmont, where he intends to be next Tuesday. He will then bring the assignment of Mr. Wycherleys and the other mortgages for Hill's execution.
