It would seem unwise to release the front end of the car for tooling until the full effect of the alterations already agreed in regard to Headroom; Legroom; and Door hinging has been investigated and approved in conjunction with the main body drawing. 2 It is agreed that it will be necessary for the wings to be detachable to overcome accident and insurance problems and cost, and the only satisfactory method of carrying this out is by the bolting of the wings to the valance. 3 The cost of interior fittings: (a) On the 21 October, Mr Hurley indicated that general body details would cost approximately £190, together with tool charges of approximately £7,000. As indicated in the minutes of yesterday, it is considered that these costs are approximately £40 too high
