Railway No 1. From a junction with the Great Western Railway at Blockley Station in Blockley (Gloucs.); through Tidmington (Warwicks.); Lower Lemington, Todenham, Stretton on Fosse (Gloucs.); Burmington, Great Wolford, Little Wolford, Long Compton, Stourton, Cherington, Whichford, Brailes Sutton under Brailes (Warwicks); Sibford Gower, Sibford Ferris, Hook Norton, Swalcliffe, Tadmarton, Milcombe, Broughton, Bloxham, Adderbury, Bodicote, Banbury, Neithrop (Oxon.); Warkworth, Middleton Cheney, Grimsbury (Northants.); terminating in Warkworth in a junction with the Banbury branch of the Buckinghamshire Railway of the London & North Western Railway near Banbury Station on that branch.

Railway No 2. From a junction with Railway No 1 to a junction with the Banbury Branch, near Banbury Station, all in Warkworth (Northants.).

Railway No 3. From a junction with Railway No 2 to a junction with the GWR near that company's Banbury Station, all in Warkworth.

Railway No 4. From a junction with Railway No 1 to a junction with Railway No 2, all in Warkworth.
