Description

Arthur J. O' Connor, Solicitor, at 1 Newhall Street, Birmingham, to the V[er]y Rev. Canon Glancey [the Very Rev. Canon Michael Francis] Glancey ; informs him that a Beerhouse called the Woodman in Bradford Street, [Birmingham], part of St Anne's property, is to be closed and compensation payments are due to be paid; reports that he has filed a claim on behalf of the owners of St Anne's property and will ask that the larger portion be paid to the Freeholders out of all the interested parties. [Typed]
