Fragment of court-book, giving proceedings (or part of the proceedings) of 6 courts (held ..., 28th Sep 1659, 5th Apr 1660, 26th Sep 1660, 29th Mar 1661, 18th May 1661).
Includes (5th Apr 1660) presentment of tenants [named] for cutting trees at Bodenn (4 elms and 2 ashes, value 40s; note added later, 'This was done by the lord's leave as Mr John Trethwall affirmeth'); also of tenants [named] for 'theire piggs goeinge att large att Tregarne without ringes or yoakes contrary to the custome of the manner & the law, to the greate damage of John Tripcony & other tenants of the said mannor & to the evell example of other men'.
(26th Sep 1660) Fields called Crouse Castell; Parke an Drea (below Candorow town-place).
