8 pieces including covering sheet; the pages are glued together along the top margin.
04 April 1814. Sent him d[ra]ft on ye firm value £198 in pay[men]t of his accounts ag[ains]t me & my son. To keep my son's acc[oun]t separate in future. Boreing rods finished & gone to be packed up. Kenvas papers sent to Mr Bowyer by his direction. My son intends to be with him soon. Have not yet fully examined his accounts. Invite Mrs C[rummer] & him to visit us here.
25 July 1814. On our return from London & account of prospects of crops. Hay a very short one in the south.
10 August 1814. About estimates of Badland barn etc. We propose to go to Tenby & to take Kington in our way. To cause Mr Ferrier to make out state of the farms under his care. -
