Richard James Marsh of 4, Nelson Place, Old Kent Rd., Surrey, gent., of the first part: George William Marsh, of the same place, chemist, his eldest son, of the second part: Edward James Marsh of the same place, tobacconist, his second son, of the third part: Samuel Taylor of Walthamstow, Essex, chemist, of the fourth part.
Reciting the will of George Marsh, by which Richard James Marsh is entitled to a life estate in the below listed premises: assurance policy of 24 Dec 1846, by which £100 is assured to be paid to the executors of George William Marsh: that the parties of the first 3 parts have requested Taylor to loan them £100.
By this indenture, Taylor loans Marsh £100 on security of lands in Bargh and George Marsh further assigns to Taylor, the assurance policy as additional security.
To specified trusts.
