Counterpart of lease from Bridget Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton widow to Clement Lucas of Rowington husbandman of lands in Baddesly called the Greate Gilberts, Mill field, Greene field and Birche field in the occupation of the said Clement Lucas, reserving the timber on the said lands with entrance and exit to the same. To hold for 41 years for the annual rent of £22.
