of William Smith of Chipping Norton, carpenter; bequeathes to wife, Sally Smith, customary annual rents from 12 cottages purchased from Charles Heynes, in Chipping Norton, common called the Kings Hold Houses, for her life, then to son John Smith and daughter Mary Langston equally as tenants in common; to son John, all stock in trade and clothes. To grandson, William Smith, all tools, implements and utensils n trade; to wife Sally, all household goods for her life, then equally to y children John and Mary; residuary estate to his wife, whom he appoints as executrix.
