Lease for 99 years or three lives of messuage called Rancombe (44 acres) in parish of Shorwell, parcel of manor of North Court, on lives of (2) (aged 66), Richard Arnold (aged 33), and Mary, wife of the said Richard, (aged 29), in consideration of surrender of a former lease (dated 21 March 1772) from John Leigh, esq. to (2) (then aged 58), Richard Arnold his son (then aged 25), and Richard Arnold of Brighstone, yeoman (then aged 88 and now dead)
