Rutland, esq., son and heir apparent of Sarah Barker of Lynden, widow and relict of Samuel Barker, late of Lynden, esq., deceased; Sarah Whiston of Gt. Ormond Street, co. Middlesex, spinster and Sophia Whiston of the same, spinster, daughters and heirs apparent of John Whiston of Fleet Street, London, bookseller: articles of agreement for the division of the estate at BYLEY HILL and HANSACRE in the parish of KINGS BROMLEY, co. Stafford, and a parcel of land at Tamworth, co. Warwick, devised by the will of Rev. Henry Antrobus, late of Dudley, co. Worcs., clerks, deceased, to George Whiston, late of St. Albans, co. Hertford, deceased, said John Whiston and Sarah Barker, their heirs and assigns.
