Indenture, assignment of mortgage to clear:

(1) Mary Peake of Melton Mowbray, Leics., widow, Rev. John Brown of Little Dalby and wife Elizabeth (Mary and Elizabeth being daughters and exors. of Will of Edward Wright, late of Nottm.)

(2) Thomas Hankin of Kimberley, yeo.

(3) Joseph Grammer of Newthorpe, yeo.

(4) Samuel Heansworth of Oxton, farmer

(5) James Wilson of Blidworth, farmer

Whereas (2) & (3) had mortgaged property in Oxton (as below) to Edward Wright for £600 which was not repaid and E.W. had died leaving M.P. and E.B. the exors. of his will and (1) had purchased property from (2) for total of £540, £465.7s. of which was to clear mortgage.

For £465.7s. paid by (4) to (1) at direction of (2) and (3) and for 10/- paid by (4) to (3), (1) to (5) 2 closes known as Middlefield in Oxton.

To (5) for remainder of 1000 years, in trust for (4). Endorsed with receipt.
