Registered 20th January 1926. Offices of the Trust Association at Zetland Road, Middlesbrough. Council members consisted of Charles Dorman (Chairman), Arthur Dorman, Maurice Lowthian Bell, Ivor L Johnson, T.D.H. Stubbs, J.A. Russell, F.C. Lee. Trustees of the Dorman Long Pension Fund following 1926 transfer, managing and making investments with said fund.
Ceased operating in 1938 following voluntary liquidation of the Association, the Association having ceased activities as trustees of the Dorman Long Pension fund.
