1. Elizabeth Sandford, Barbara Sandford and Sussannah Sandford, spinsters, of Shrewsbury.
2. John Burch, farmer, of Pontesbury Parish.
Recital of the indenture tripartite of 14th February, 1795, recited in Declaration of Trust of same date, see 465/625 Recital of the Declaration of Trust of 14th Feb. 1795, 465/628 Whereas the sum of £2,100 still remains due to the Misses Sandford on the security, and they have occasion for £100, Burch has proposed to pay them the £100 and to take an assignment from them as far as concerns £100 only of the security for securing the same to him with interest; therefore in consideration of £100 to the Misses Sandford to Burch, the Sandfords have transferred and assigned to Burch all the estate, right and title of the Sandfords in the sum of £100, and also so far as concerns the £100 in the £5,300 vested in Edward Sandford for securing the £2,100; to hold and receive the £100 and interest and estate and interest in the money and premises assigned to Burch, his executors, administrators, etc. as fully to all intents and purposes and subject to such equity of redemption as the Misses Sandford might have had had these presents not been made: and the Misses Sandford declare that the £100 is the proper money of John Burch and the names of Edward Sandford and the Misses Sandford were and shall remain made use of in the recited indres in trust only for the proper use and benefit of Burch. The Misses Sandford covenant with Burch that Edward Sandford shall stand and be possessed of the £5,300 vested in him by the deed of appointment for securing the £2,100 and interest, so far as concerns the £100 and the interest on it assigned for Burch and for securing to him the £100 with interest from the date hereof in the same manner and for all the intents and purposes as Edward stands and stood possessed of the same for the Misses Sandford; the Sandfords have done nothing whereby the £5,300 charged with the payment of £2,100 may be charged, incumbered, assigned or released in title, charge, estate, or otherwise; that the £2,100 still remains due, and Burch may at any time he thinks fit call in the £100 without trouble or the consent of any of the Sandfords who will not use any action to frustrate the proceedings of Burch in recovering the money, but ratify and confirm what he shall lawfully do, Burch indemnifying the Sandfords against any costs arising; and the Misses Sandford will not release or assign the security without the consent of Burch, nor without his consent receive the £100 nor the interest, nor any part of it, but they and Edward will stand possessed of and interested in the security in trust, so far as concerns the £100 for Burch until he is paid the same sum and interest; that the 3 sisters at the request and cost of Burch shall make any act for transferring and assuring to Burch the security, etc. and for the better enabling him to obtain the £100 provided the parties are not compelled to travel from their places of abode.

Receipt by John Burch on 26th July, 1802, from Mrs. Sandford of £102 10s. which B. acknowledges to be in discharge of the principal and interest due to him on the within written security, and to be in full of all demands due to him.
