Folios 310-311. Letter from George J Skipper, East Dereham, Norfolk in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board. He requests a copy of their requirements as regards the construction and arrangements of hospitals. He assumes that such requirements are issued as he has observed that plans for an infectious hospital will be submitted for the approval of another Board.

Annotated: ' Seen, This may have reference to the Sittingbourne and Milton SAs hospital competition in which case the 'Hospital mem[memorandum]' should be sent, I presume', 7 January 1880.
