Correspondence that deals with the American Hydrogenation Company, a patent-pooling company in which Lever Brothers Limited and Procter & Gamble were joint shareholders. The company was set up in the United States of America in 1914. The file includes a copy of the original agreement [LBC/138/1] and a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement [LBC/138/104]
