Description

J. Eliot (London) to Richd. How II (Aspley) Copy of Letter from Thos., Samuel & Miers. Fisher, Philadelphia. 7 Jan. 1792; unable to sell the rights They have turned their attention to locating them in the most suitable situation. They have engaged R.L. Hooper of survey 5000 acres in Northampton County on the borders of the River Delaware. Copy of the Agreement with Hooper is included, mentioning that the warrant for locating the land was granted by the Supreme Executive Council in 1780.
