(Boundary starts at NW Corner, which was distant from Kirby Road c158 feet, ran eastward next West Street c 23 feet & then south about 134 feet & then west c 43 feet 8 inches & then north next land belonging to the purchaser & back to the starting point c141 feet

Part of above land of the width of 27 feet assigned under lease for 21 Years from 21 September 1846, dated 27 February 1849
