Mediterranean Sea: Adriatic and Ionian Seas: Sicily, west coast: Marsala to Greece, west coast: Kalamata, including Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Albania

'Chart of the Adriatic Sea, Sicily and the Ionian Islands'. Chart shows coastline, hydrography, anchorages, ships tracks (track in 1817, Aid's return in 1818 and track to Naples 1820), topography, settlements, buildings, fortifications, land marks and remarks. Colour manuscript. Latitude and longitude indicated; north point with compass indicator; no scale shown. By Lieutenant William George Skyring on HMS Aid 1817 to 1820. Annotated with brown ink: 'Recd [received] 13 February 1824' with stamp: 'Hydrographical Office' and 'Wm Geo [William George] Skyring, Mast [Master] HMS [?] 1821'
