Roger, vicar of Felpham, to Peter Muleward, as above, and w. Joan
All his (Roger's) lands and tenements in 'Bulsham' and 'Yabeton' which he had of the gift and feoffment of Peter
The properties to pass after the deaths of the grantees to Peter Demas and Rose, dau. of John Jop of Sydyngebourne (Sittingbourne (co. Kent)], and their heirs, or in default to the heirs of the said Peter Muleward
