(1) Wm. Wilson of Hampton Curlue Warks., yeo., and wife Mary.
(2) Thos. Reynolds of Norton Curlue Warks., husb., and wife Anne.
For £18. 10s. messuage and adjoining Greeneyard Close with appurts. in Norton Curlue, par. Budbrooke Warks., between land of Nathaniell Stoughton, esq., on east side and land of Rowland Dormer, esq., in breadth, and extending in length from Kings highe way on south side to land of Nathaniell Stoughton and Rowland Dormer on north side; also all woods, underwoods, hedges & trees on premises, all other lands and hereditaments of (1) in Norton Curlue with all deeds, charters, evidences etc., same to be copied at costs of (2) paying reasonably for writing of same. To hold of chief lords of fee by rents and services accustomed. Warranty clause. Specified covenants.
