Draft instructions for deed of partnership on retirement of P J Bassett.
Copy articles left and copy of Mr P J Bassett's letter to co-partners.
Since articles executed, John Grant has died and widow now enjoys his share.
'You will also consider and prepare if necessary a Release from the other Partners to Mr Peter John Bassett'.
Also annuity bond from J D Bassett (the father) to son, P J Bassett, to secure annuity of £300 payable half yearly.
Consideration is £3000 cash and all his share and interest in the Bank.
