Application by Kilkhampton concerning male bastard born at Kilkhampton on 6 August, son of Elizabeth Treleaven of Kilkhampton, single woman: Peter Vine of Fatacott, Hartland, Devon, yeoman, alleged father, to pay 1s. weekly maintenance and £5 lying-in expenses; Elizabeth Treleaven to pay 6d. weekly.
