Indenture, release of lease and release, assignment of mortgage.

(1) Thos. Webb of Sherborne Warks. sole exor. of will of Wm.

Ward of Woolston Warks., gent, who was surviving exor. of Rich. Hinde of Lilburne Nhant, gent., during minority of Sam. Hinde of Lilburne gent., grandson of above Rich. Hinde. Philip Wright of Hinckley Leics., gent.

(2) Sam. Hinde of Lilburne, gent.

(3) Rich. Hinde of Oxford, mercer, grandson of Rich. Hinde above.

Reciting indentures of lease and release dated 2 & 3 March 1715/16 between (1) Philip Wright as in (1) above and (2) Wm. Ward as (1) above and John Farndon of Woolston, gent. in which Philip Wright conveyed to W.W. and J.F. for £200. two messuages with appurts. in Hinckley Leics. previously occ. by late Ralph Wright (father of P.W.) and then occ. by P.W.: Lawnes Close (7½a.) then in two parts, formerly in occ. of Joshua Wallins, then Ralph Wright and Philip Wright; Castle Hills Close (4 a.) in the Castle end of Hinckley, formerly occ. by Rob. Blood, then Ralph Wright and Wm. Robinson; several little gardens or backsides (parcel of Castle Hills Close) then occ. by Wm. Bolesworth, John Pollard, Thos. Pollard, Hen. Browne, James Kinde, Thos. Sharpe and Philip Wright; and all freehold premises of Philip Wright in the town and fields of Hinckley, subject to proviso that transaction void if P.W. pays £205. at appointed time; for better security P.W. demised to W.W. & J.F. all the toll of corn & grain taken in & out of the markets and fairs of Hinckley; reciting further deeds and loans, now for nominal sum (1) & (2) to (3) specified premises in Hinckley as above; specified covenants; void if £512. 10s. repaid to (3).
