Foothpath from the Back Lane leading from Erith to Northumberland Heath, through lands of William Owen Wheatley, Esq. to Lesney Heath, 5 furlongs [1,100 yards] long, being dangerous because of a cliff caused by digging earth for ballast, to be diverted to new line along the Back Lane and thence through lands of William Owen Wheatley, Esq., 5 furlongs 1,100 yards long.
Order: at Erith, 9 March 1820, with plan (scale: 20 inches to mile) surveyed by G. Crisp.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 8 April 1820.
