Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Richard Fowler (as above) to Thomas Gilbert of the parish of Oldborough, co. Worcs., yeoman, and Edward Cooper of Henley-in-Arden, co. Warwick, gent., his trustee, in consideration of £30 of a small piece of Studley common at Node Hill.
