Draft notice of auction of building ground on 12 August 1828 of 2¼ acres of grass land adjoining the North side of the road to Hull bounded on the West by a new built house and garden in the occupation of Mr francis Richardson; on the East by a land leading the whole length of the field. Property staked out in lots of approximately 600 square yards agreeing with a plan in possession of Mr Thomas Ward, druggist, Fossgate. Property may be sold either together or separately.
