Sale, by direction of Mrs E.E. Dickson, with Title commencing with an Indenture of Conveyance and Assignment dated 6th Jan 1885 between William Low, William James Horn and other members of the Low family, and including:

a) market gardening land known as 'Church Field', fronting the Shefford road (Lots 1-3)

b) two freehold cottages fronting the Main Road (Lot 4)

c) market gardener's homestead (Lot 5)

d) pair of freehold cottages with Well (Lot 6)
