Sets out the case for the 4th Earl's claim to the title, detailing the House of Lords committee for privileges ruling in favour of Nicholas (3rd Earl) in 1661, and the judgement of Kings Bench that Charles should be tried for a duelling death as a peer, not as Charles Knollis
