Elizabeth King, of Broomhead Hall, Chapelry of Bradfield, par. Ecclesfield, co. Yorks., widow, William Elshaw, of Sheffield, razor grinder, and George Watson, of Sheffield, attorney at law, as devissees in trust under the will of John Copley, late of Mount Pisgah, par. Sheffield, yeoman (will, 6 April 1824; decd., 2 October 1824; probate, 22 April 1825), with, the legatees under the same will, Sarah Wilkinson, of Sheffield, single woman, the testator's housekeeper, John Wilkinson, of Sheffield, sawmaker, the testator's only surviving natural child, and Ann Battey, of Sheffield, widow, heiress at law of Copley, to George Bingham, of Sheffield, victualler, as trustee for John Wilkinson. 317 sq. yds. land in Trippett Lane with 9 houses thereon. For £100 paid to Sarah Wilkinson by John Wilkinson to acquit the legacy.
