Docketed as Boulton Watt & Co. Docketed “Covering first experiment with Monarch’s boiler – good. Progress of eccentric fixing. Mr. Mitchell and self’s visit to be deferred until the 19th or 20th inst. To apprize Messrs. Briggs & Co. of the alteration of the time. Disappointment in not receiving the shaft.”
