Sale, by direction of Miss Cotton-Browne, of Village Farm, part of which is copyhold of the Manor of Goyes and Chamberlyns Bury in Dunton, the remainder being freehold, with Title commencing with an Indenture of Partition dated in the year 1872 and comprising 249/0/0 acres of land
