Recites: (i) That the owners of lands in a certain tract of land in Barnham had applied to the Inclosure Commissioners for an order for the division and allotment of the said lands, and that the said Inclosure Commissioners were of opinion that such division and allotment would be beneficial to the respective owners
(ii) That at the time of making the said application, Charles Crosbie of Nortlands, Chichester, esq., had contracted to sell certain of the said lands to Richard Cosens of Barnham, yeoman, and that a conveyance of the same had subsequently been executed
(iii) That certain allotments, including a croft containing 2r 24p, were appointed unto the said Richard Cosens in respect of the lands purchased from the said Charles Crosbie
