Rebuilt in 1683-1684 and inc. in 1684 three "Gratings or iron Barrs fixed in the Chymneys" and in 1687 copper in cellar. Described in 1740 as N of Mr. Morse's South Row and in 1784 as near the Anabaptist Meeting Row. In 1681 conveyed by William, son of Thomas Harward, and Bridget his wife to Joseph Standley. Standley - Bennett - Yestis - Browne - Forster - Finch - Forster. In 1783 Judith Forster's executors sold to John Palmer and Lydia his wife a tenement and to Nicholas Church and his wife Mary a messuage, and in 1797 Lydia Palmer sold the tenement to William Riches. Inc. Wills (probate copies) of Martha Yestis widow, proved 1703, and Judith Forster widow, proved 1783, and extract from Will of Henry Forster bricklayer, proved 1769
