Tenement between common lanes N and S and W of property described in Y/D31/1-13.

Rebuilt in 1683-1684 and inc. in 1684 three "Gratings or iron Barrs fixed in the Chymneys" and in 1687 copper in cellar. Described in 1740 as N of Mr. Morse's South Row and in 1784 as near the Anabaptist Meeting Row. In 1681 conveyed by William, son of Thomas Harward, and Bridget his wife to Joseph Standley. Standley - Bennett - Yestis - Browne - Forster - Finch - Forster. In 1783 Judith Forster's executors sold to John Palmer and Lydia his wife a tenement and to Nicholas Church and his wife Mary a messuage, and in 1797 Lydia Palmer sold the tenement to William Riches.
