1 Revd. Thomas Clark of Preston, clerk 2 Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England Copy draft Conveyance by 1 to 2 of a piece of land containing 1,659 square yards in the Maudlands in the District of Christ Church, Preston, being part of a close called Wellfield or Great Well Field, and bounded on the N.E. by a new road to be called St. Mark's Road, on the S.E. by a new street to be called St. Mark's Street East, on the S.W. by a street called Wellington Terrace and on the N.W. by a new street to be called St. Mark's Street West, together with a free right of road to and from the land, for a site for a new Church to be called St. Mark's, Preston
