Statutory Declaration.

PARTIES: 1. Robert Henry Hurst of Horsham Park, Sussex, and of Middle Temple, Esq., Barrister at law.

SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Declares that he is the present trustee of the will of Giles Greenaway and the son of Robert Henry Hurst who as heir at law and devisee became the sole trustee of the will of Giles Greenaway on the d. of Robert Hurst the surviving trustee. Robert Hurzt in 1820 in pursuance of the trusts purchased the Upton Priory Estate. Charles Greenaway entered into possession of the estate until his d. in Nov. 1859 without issue and then Mary Jane Youde entered into possession. Since 1829 divers changes have taken place in the tenancies of the estate but 1. believes that the premises contained in the 2nd schedule to this declaration are correct and are the same estate as that conveyed by the Lease and Release of 9 and 10 July 1829. Signet Farm in the 2nd schedule now consists of the particulars in the 3rd schedule and adjoin. are the pieces of wood in the 4th Schedule. The several pieces of land in the 1st Schedule described as Hiorns Farm and the said Signet Farm and 2 pieces of wood are the same.
